StreamTorrent: "The purpose of StreamTorrent is to permit servers with little bandwidth to serve streams to hundreds, thousands or more listeners. Clients connect to each other in a peer-to-peer fashion, forming a tree-like network. The key advantages of this system are:

• As your listener base grows, so does your 'bandwidth' (in a sense) --your ability to serve the connections grows too. No more hunting around for mirrors for your webcast -- your fans ARE your mirrors.
